rosemary roasted chicken and potatoes



What you will need:




2 Tablespoons paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary leaves crushed

1 teaspoon dehydrated minced garlic 

1/2 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper

 2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken

1 1/2 lb small red potatoes 


directions:

1)wash and cut into cubes potatoes and chicken




2)mix oil and all spices in a large bowl




3)when all mixed add in chicken and potatoes toss to coat well.



4) place chicken and potatoes in pan in a single layer if able

5)roast in oven at 425 f (220 c) for 30 minutes

6)turn  potatoes and chicken occasionally 

7)take out let cool

8) serve and enjoy
